Each subscription includes one HIVE encoder license and one Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 capture card with a standard connection kit, shipped once after verified payment.
Each additional $600/month HIVE encoder package includes one additional capture card, shipped upon initial purchase. Monthly renewals do not include additional hardware.
Capture cards become the customer’s property after verified payment and delivery. No equipment return is required upon subscription cancellation or expiration. HIVE software licenses and platform access remain subscription-dependent.
Pilot services are subject to personnel availability, site evaluation, applicable FAA requirements, and operational safety considerations.
Flights must comply with applicable airspace restrictions and obtain LAANC authorization, FAA waivers, or other approvals where required.
FIST Inc. reserves the right to decline or suspend operations when regulatory or safety requirements cannot be satisfied. Applicable travel expenses are billed separately when approved.
Each subscription includes 100 GB of total cloud recording storage capacity. Additional storage is available in 100 GB increments for $100 per increment per month. These charges increase the customer’s total storage capacity; they do not provide a new 100 GB allowance each month. Automatic storage expansion is not currently enabled.
Additional HIVE licenses are subject to supported configurations. Training and pilot services require separate scheduling and confirmation.
Annual Premium includes an initial 13-month service term for $15,000 upfront, followed by automatic renewals of $15,000 every 12 months unless disabled before renewal. Disabling automatic renewal does not shorten an already-paid term. Commercial Standard renews monthly until canceled.
Fees are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and separately approved expenses may apply. Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the executed subscription agreement and applicable law.
